An original food experience in Rome by tuk tuk Ape Calessino with a driver as guided shopping experience in a real grocery market with our English speaking staff where you delight with a typical Italian Breakfast! Arrive in restaurant by Ape Calessino. The lesson takes piace under the supervision of our chefs. Guests will be provided with a local chef and a group of fun people to learn how to make real Italian dishes in a fun restaurant in the centre of Rome. You will first learn how to make the tiramisu which is the most loved dolce (Italian dessert). After that – we will move to make our own fettuccini pasta from egg and flour – you will first make the dough and then learn how to cut the pasta in different shapes. Finally, you get to choose the sauce - amatriciana, cacio e pepe or just tomato pasta! You choose cause your the Chef for a day! Now of course after you get to not only make the pasta but also eat it ! Enjoy it with a great local wine of your choosing – have 1 glass of red or withe wine.
